CREATING AN OEM
We are creating a European OEM
(Original Equipment Manufacturer) focussing on Urban EV by strategic acquisition. We intend to absorb EV start-up companies which match our vision and are already close to industrialization stage with a maximum of 3 years from planned mass production.
MTF -EXCHANGE LISTING
Simultaneously with our first acquisition of an EV development company, we will seek a stock exchange listing - initially on the MTF (Mulilateral trading fcility) segment of Euroclear - Euroclear Growth in Dublin - in 2023.
This will ensure regulatory control, transparency for our stakeholders and continuous valuation of our business by the market at large.
It will also allow institutional investors to support the significant financing needs of an OEM.
WHY FOXMIA
A different approach, using a new method of manufacturing.
We keep CAPEX and employee costs at a minimum by "outsourcing" engineering and production as much as possible.
Instead of constructing our own assembly lines, we will partner with established independent European contract manufactuers and engineering, logistic firms form the beginning.
This enables us to hedge the multiple risks associated with production and large workforces .
We will concentrate on supervision of the production process and quality control of the products.

From 1 April 2023 FOXMIA PLC will have a representative office in London which will be managed bz Foxmia (UK) Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ
